A WYSIWYG editing experience is embedded directly in the NovaDB Visual Editor, allowing elements to be edited directly on the page. A preview view enables content to be reviewed before publication, ensuring accuracy and consistency.

The visual editor offers reusable components, enabling faster creation of landing pages and campaigns without having to build content from scratch each time. 

The notification system in NovaDB ensures users stay informed about important updates and interactions. Notifications appear in the system's notification center and alert users to various events, such as completed jobs, new comments, or mentions in discussions. These alerts help streamline workflows by providing direct links to relevant content, enabling users to respond efficiently. Role-based access controls allow for tailored notification settings, ensuring that users only receive relevant information, thus improving collaboration and reducing unnecessary distractions. 

When a user is mentioned with @username, they receive a notification that alerts them to the comment. These notifications appear in the system's notification center, ensuring that important discussions are not overlooked.  

With the change history in NovaDB, all modifications to content and product data remain fully traceable at all times. Changes are transparently documented and can be viewed directly in the History Tab, where details such as the timestamp, responsible user, and specific modifications are clearly displayed. 

Thanks to versioning, previous changes can be easily compared—whether with the latest version, the previous modification, or the original content. Filter options also allow targeted searches for specific changes or users. These features enhance transparency, streamline collaboration, and ensure that all adjustments remain traceable at any time. 

Inheritance is a principle in which properties or values are transferred from superordinate to subordinate units. This allows structures to be organised efficiently, redundancies to be avoided and changes to be controlled centrally.

One example is the allocation of discounts for different markets: a company defines a general discount strategy that applies to all markets. However, individual markets can make specific adjustments, such as higher discounts for certain regions. If the basic discount changes, the adjustment is automatically adopted - individual deviations are retained. This principle ensures consistency and flexibility in the management of company data.
